Janina Kay


Janina has 30 years’ experience working across a broad range of industries, both small/medium businesses and large complex organisations.  She specialises in providing back office support, in particular around accounts and administration, allowing others to focus on what they do best – delivering winning content for Plan A’s lucky clients! 

Janina also has 15+ years experience as a Business Analyst and Quality Advisor, writing and managing quality management systems in the local government sector.  She has the ability to simplify the complex, taking what is in someone’s head and creating streamline process documentation.  She is always looking for ways to improve processes and make life easier for her clients.
